Something my wife and I have taken advantage of for as long as Airbnb has been around is working remotely from whatever coastal town we felt like. We've done so in Maryland, Florida, South Carolina, and other spots.
That's why we have the pictured desk space in two of the bedrooms - so that we can camp out in our rental in Folly Beach for extended periods of time, working during the weekdays.
Our unit has been reserved January, February, and most of March 2023 by multiple parties and I would bet that some of that time may be remote work with a side of beach time.
