From the primary suite's private balcony, you're elevated above the marsh with an unobstructed view of the Folly River. In the morning, the light on the water is particularly striking. In the evening, the marsh grasses catch the sunset in shades of gold and amber.
You can also see the community pool from this vantage point — the lounge chairs below are clearly visible, giving parents an easy sight line to watch kids at the pool while relaxing on the deck.
